FLS VISITOUR SHORTLISTED AT 2025 HOUSING EXECUTIVE AWARDS

ynamic Field Service planning solution FLS VISITOUR has achieved the Best Decarbonisation Approach shortlist at the 2025 Housing Executive Awards. The nomination highlights the major carbon savings delivered by FLS VISITOUR, with enhanced AI tools that work in real time to optimise complex routing and scheduling.
Across the UK housing sector, FLS VISITOUR enables DLOs and contractors to cut travel distances and emissions through algorithm-driven planning. Using geocoded mapping and live traffic data, it optimises journeys down to exact locations. This reduces wasted travel, helping field teams – from repairs and maintenance operatives to compliance inspectors and housing officers – reach appointments faster while lowering fuel use and carbon output.
Typical results include a 30–50% cut in driving distances, boosting capacity by more than one extra appointment per shift, with SLA adherence rates as high as 99.5%.
