FLS - FAST LEAN SMART UK SCORES 9.6/10 IN 2021 CUSTOMER SURVEY

Having considered our products, account management, and ongoing customer service, our 2021 rating increased to a highest-ever 9.6/10.
ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS
Our survey is designed to ensure that we continue to lead as a real-time scheduling software provider. The results, and our ongoing, open communication helps us to improve our operations and develop even smarter products.We asked our customer community:
- Would you recommend FLS scheduling software to a friend with a field force or logistics scheduling requirement?
- How do you rate the Consultants assigned to the project?
- How do you rate the Support service received?
Our Consultants were described as "incredibly proactive and resourceful, with first-rate problem-solving skills". The FLS VISITOUR platform is specifically rated as excellent, with respondents telling us that a significant amount of their time is freed up to focus on growing their business.
Customers also highlighted how taking control of their data meant planning with realistic travel times; "It has really helped us to make sure we're meeting our SLAs, and the work that we're asking our engineers to do is now achievable" said the Head of Performance of a specialist repairs and maintenance company with circa 500 operatives.
A commercial property specialist can now plan a balanced workload for their 75 tradespeople, telling the survey; "The technology is very impressive. The speed at which it's able to calculate the quantum of orders and possibilities is very impressive".
77 forecourt equipment engineers can now exchange job data between their FLS Mobile App and Head Office, in a feature described as "a gamechanger".
