This marks a significant step towards revolutionising the scheduling process for Pennington Choices' team of 200 experts tasked with ensuring building safety and compliance through their surveys.

FLS VISITOUR will enable Pennington Choices to streamline their operations by offering optimal time slots and dynamically adapting to real-time changes throughout the day. Leveraging its unique algorithm and predictive traffic-based driving, the system is poised to uphold customer appointment commitments while optimising route efficiency.

In addition to appointment scheduling and route optimisation, Pennington Choices will benefit from FLS tracking and FLS PORTAL, enabling seamless customer self-service appointments and real-time tracking of engineer arrivals, enhancing overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
