PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER UK – FIELD SERVICE SOLUTIONS

FLS has developed dynamic software for appointment and route planning, mobile workforce management, and mobile solutions for over 30 years. Our unique PowerOpt algorithm allows organisations to optimise their field service management in real time, and powers transparent decision making. Live data and the ability to react in real-time is a critical difference, meaning the product portfolio covers the entire process for field operations; from appointment and scheduling to execution, monitoring and analysis.Today, FLS is part of the Solvares Group which consists of 5 companies focussed on resource optimisation across field service, logistics, and field sales. We are backed by private equity including Five Arrows (Rothschild & Co.).
The Solvares Group employs over 350 people in Europe and in the UK we are a small but very effective team of 15, focussed on sales, implementation, and support. We have grown organically, based on success from the original founder (the current Managing Director) and over the last 3 years achieved an average of 35% revenue growth year-on-year. FLS has grown from a start-up to a scale-up by achieving successful customer relationships across various sectors, including housing and facilities, engineering, technical services, healthcare, telecom/utilities, and more.
In our latest UK customer satisfaction survey FLS was rated 9.6 out of 10 for our technology, consulting and support services which is outstanding in the software industry and this comes down to the people and culture within the team and relationships we form with customers. Furthermore, we have an eNPS of 100 with every employee scoring 9 or 10 in an anonymous survey of 'would you recommend working for FLS to a friend'.
Our customers can go live within weeks and achieve dramatic results. Our customer success, independence and flexible approach has attracted referral and reseller partnerships with software vendors and systems integrators to complement their CRM/ERP/FSM/CAFM solutions (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365). Many of these technologies include basic scheduling functionality but a cost effective field force and reliable service has become an important and strategic requirement for many companies. Equally important are consultants who work in industry sectors and make recommendations.
Consequently, FLS has an opportunity to build relationships and trust to be the right technology partner when a more advanced scheduling capability will be beneficial. We can also fill the gap when needed with our mobile and customer experience modules.
These partnerships already attract significant new business opportunity with our team working on this alongside their sales roles and we now wish to expand on this with the appointment of a dedicated Partnerships Manager.

PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER UK – FIELD SERVICE SOLUTIONS
ROLE DESCRIPTION
With training in FLS technology, including flagship products FLS VISITOUR and FLS MOBILE, the Partnerships Manager role responsibilities include:- Develop our trusted relationship status with existing partners and ensure we are front-of-mind when new opportunities for advanced scheduling technology arise.
- Find and develop new partnerships with suitable technology providers and consultants in the markets that our scheduling technology would be advantageous.
- Manage the commercial relationship with the partners (might be resale/referral/other).
- Educate partners on FLS functional capabilities and how and when to introduce us.
- Introduce FLS Sales team to assist the partner in the most effective way to bid and close new business sales with our expertise.
- Take part in webinars and conferences alongside partners to promote our joint proposition.
- Develop and manage a strong sales opportunity pipeline.
- Target market is primarily within the UK but could extend into other markets.
The successful candidate will work from home with travel to customer sites as required. There is a high degree of interaction with colleagues with regular meet up sessions/workshops. Product training will be provided in the UK and in Germany.
EXPERIENCE, EXPERTISE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years' experience of enterprise software partner management and development, ideally within the field service market.
- Strong problem-solving ability, analytical skills and effective time management are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to articulate concisely with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Quickly establishes credibility, trust and rapport with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Takes personal responsibility, with a flexible 'can do, will do, whatever it takes' attitude.
- Proven sales achiever.
- Hold a full valid driving licence and passport.
- Must be an existing resident in the UK with full 'Right to work'.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficient with MS Office including MS Teams, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and prior use of CRM solutions
- Good understanding of LinkedIn
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
