The social housing sector (including housing associations, local authorities, and public sector organisations that manage tenant services) continue to face increasing pressure to deliver high-quality services amidst growing demand and limited resources, including cost inflation and a reduction in available skilled tradespeople. The developed integration maximises the value of intelligent scripting and dynamic field service scheduling at volume, to design accuracy and agility for planning and dispatch teams.
The partnership extends to users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HMS (Housing Management Systems) who will benefit from flexible, AI-backed automation and specialist scheduling via the KeyNamics interface.
