CE SERVICES GROUP CHOOSES FAST LEAN SMART CLOUD SCHEDULING SOFTWARE

ollowing an intensive selection and testing process, the CE Services Group chooses Fast Lean Smart cloud scheduling software for the automated planning of routes and tours and optimised customer appointments.
THE CE SERVICES GROUP
CE Services Group is the largest service provider in the Benelux countries in the field of consumer electronics. Their approximately 250 employees are spread over 7 branches. The CE Repair Services division is authorised by more than 50 leading brands to carry out white goods and TV repairs under warranty. This is done both in specialised workshops and customer home appointments.
In addition to televisions, audio and household appliances, CE Repair Services also carries out repairs on technical equipment such as heat pumps and air conditioners. The CE Services Group has been selected as a Preferred Service Partner by a number of well-known electronics retailers.
FLS A CLEAR CHOICE
The explosive growth of repair services (CE Repair Services) in recent years, as well as the associated logistics services (CE Logistics Services), required a comprehensive dynamic planning system that could support the further growth and ambitions of the CE Services Group in the coming years. After an intensive proof-of-concept phase with several providers, the clear choice was FLS VISITOUR. Paul Veth, Commercial Director of CE Services Group, describes how the decision for FLS came about:
"During the selection process, the planning algorithm had to deliver efficiency and productivity gains (shorter routes, more visits per day, etc.) that would justify the investment in the new system. Aspects such as the user-friendliness, the appearance of the programme and the communication possibilities were also examined. The results of the proof-of-concept and the support we received from FLS right from the start were decisive for us to go ahead with FLS VISITOUR."
With the knowledge gained in the proof-of-concept phase, CE Services Group was able to carry out almost the entire implementation itself. The cloud-based application FLS VISITOUR was fully integrated into CE Online, the CE Services Group's own application. The entire field service (approx. 100 technicians) is managed with the AI-driven PowerOpt algorithm , exclusively developed by FLS. In a future phase, the CE Services Group wishes to deploy FLS VISITOUR for their returns and special transport divisions.
